Honey and it's Uses

1 cup honey can be substituted for 1 1/4 cups sugar in most recipes.
Substitute: 1 1/4 cups sugar plus 1/3 cup liquid { use whatever liquid is called for in the recipe } can be substituted for 1 cup honey.

When measuring honey if you measure oil or water first the honey wont stick in the measuring cup or measuring spoon.

Honey may turn to crystal when it gets aged. Microwave for 30 second or longer until honey is liquid again.
